All products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We regret that we are unable to provide an exchange or refund due to a change of mind.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@bigandbravefabrics.com within 7 days upon receipt of goods with your order number, and we will do our utmost to make things right.

PREORDERS

To enjoy special discounts on preordered items, orders must be paid in full. Carts do not hold. Preorder discounts are time-sensitive and will automatically expire after the deadline.
