Return/Refund Policy

All products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We regret that we are unable to provide an exchange or refund due to a change of mind.

Gift cards, coupons, and sale codes have a limited validity period and will expire automatically. Please use them before the validity period as they cannot be renewed or extended. 

There is a minimum order quantity required for preorders. Typically, the minimum order quantity* is 1 yard (2 units) for all fabrics, except vinyls (1 roll or half a yard). We reserve the right to cancel orders that fall below the minimum order quantity; refunds will be returned via store credits to the customer's account, nett of any credit card/transactional fees.
