Backordered Items:
Wait time varies from 3 to 5 weeks. Please place your order only if you are able to wait for the items to arrive.
If your order consists of in-stocks and preordered/backordered items, it will ship only when ALL items have arrived.
Kindly order in-stocks separately if you wish to receive them earlier.

Please select the correct shipping to avoid unnecessary charges. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number so you’ll know when your package will reach you.

Shipping to Other Countries
Flat Rate, up to 2kg to the United States & Canada: S$35, United Kingdom S$28
For packages exceeding 2 kg, rest assured that we will quote competitive shipping rates as charged by the shipping provider. There are no hidden costs.
For example, a 1-kg package costs ~$12 to ship to South Korea. For shipping quotes, you may refer to Qxpress’s rates here.
Follow these steps to request a shipping estimate from us:
1. Add your items to the shopping basket.
2. At CHECKOUT, enter your shipping address and select ‘Hold/Combine shipping‘.
3. Under ‘Order Notes‘, let us know your shipping requirements.
4. Click on ‘PLACE ORDER‘. This prompts the system to submit your order to us so we can get a shipping estimate for you.
5. You will be directed to a secured payment page. You may either make payment first to secure your order or simply close the browser and wait for our estimate.
