Why Yoga Zen?

Yoga Zen has excellent 4-way stretch and recovery, making it an ideal choice for activewear clothing for all ages. Being a stable interlock knit, the raw edges don’t curl. Edges can be left as-is, or easily hemmed on a home sewing machine, making it a beginner-friendly athletic knit to work with. For best results with Yoga Zen, sew with a stretch stitch and remember to use a super stretch needle. If you’d like to achieve a faux coverstitch look for a professional finish, simply use a twin stretch needle on the hems.
